Wang Wei 王維 (699-761), known as “Wang Youcheng” 王右丞","texts":[{"texttype":"Online","textpurpose":"Description","textentryhtml":"Portrait of the Tang dynasty poet Meng Haoran 孟浩然 (zi: Haoran 浩然; 689-740) standing with his arms in long sleeves together in front of his abdomen. Bearded, he wears outer and inner robes on his body, and a headcloth (putou 幞頭) with a shawl in back on his head. Yang Jun had the pictorial stone from which this rubbing was taken recarved in 1888. It was recut after a 1606 pictorial stone by Sun Wenlong 孫文龍 (act. early 17th century), which was said to follow an image attributed to Wang Wei 王維 (699-761).","remarks":null}],"datebegin":1888,"sortnumber":"1958  283y","published_date":"2026-02-11 12:18:29.456554","objectid":57688,"dimensions":"image: 95.5 x 48.8 cm.
