Center bottom – plaza with single gate building/wall (Tian’anmen?), squares delineated (looks like longitude & latitude) to left of plaza structure at front & rear corners = radio towers (broadcast waves in red background; border (.2 cm.) with contiunuous band of 5-pointed stars. \r\nBack: head-shaped indentation within a circle. Clasp = at forehead level.
